The group "Murakami" was formed in the autumn of 2004, when the band "The sun-screen" invited the then party to the television project "People's Artist-2" on RTR Dilara Vagapova to try his hand in a rock band, knowing her passion for this style music. Thus, in November 2004, he formed and proceeds to an active group rehearsals, though as yet untitled. In December, after much controversy and heated debate in the group name appears. In February 2005, the group gives a solo concert at CSC UNICS Kazan University. The concert was attended by 700 people. For the history of the Kazan rock music is an unprecedented case. The concert was a huge success, and the next year "Murakami" invited to all the major concert halls of the city. On the group learned outside Kazan, and the boys began to successfully perform in the cities of Russia. In parallel with the concert activity "Murakami" started recording their first album "The Seagull", which was released in August 2006. In 2008-2009, the band recorded their second album in a row, "Telegram". May 15 group provides a long-awaited solo concert at the club "Arena", dedicated to the release of a new album. The group wrote the soundtrack to Sergei Bezrukov "The real fairy tale", which was released in 2011. In the summer of 2010, the group participated in a television contest "New Wave 2010".
