When Diana was three years old, her family moved to the town of Borisov, Minsk region, and then - in Russia, in the Far East had lived in the village of Berry, in Kolyma, Chukotka, Magadan. In 1992-1993 he studied at the Diana Arbenina Magadan State Pedagogical Institute (Faculty of Foreign Languages); in 1994-1998 - in Saint-Petersburg State University (Faculty of Philology, Department of "Russian as a foreign language»).

His first started writing songs in 1991. In particular, it dates back to 1991. One of her most famous songs - "Frontier". By the early period of creativity are also those of her songs like "I painted the sky", "Evening in the Crimea", "Tosca", "Only the sound of the river" and others. Concert activity of Diana at the time was limited to amateur performances and participation in various student competitions and events.
